The Global Maritime CEO Forum will be attended by CEOs of global maritime companies, key investors, policy-makers, innovators, and international partners. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to visit Mumbai on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, around 4 pm to address the Maritime Leaders Conclave and chair the Global Maritime CEO Forum at India Maritime Week 2025. The flagship event is scheduled to take place at the NESCO Exhibition Centre in Mumbai today.

The Forum will be attended by CEOs of global maritime companies, key investors, policy-makers, innovators, and international partners. It will serve as a major platform for “dialogue on sustainable maritime growth, resilient supply chains, green shipping, and inclusive blue economy strategies.
The Prime Minister’s participation reflects his deep commitment to an ambitious, future-oriented maritime transformation, aligned with the Maritime Amrit Kaal Vision 2047. This long-term vision, built on four strategic pillars — port-led development, shipping and shibuilding, seamless logistics, and maritime skill-building — aims to position India among the world’s leading maritime powers. India Maritime Week 2025 serves as the Government of India’s premier global platform to translate this vision into action, bringing together leading stakeholders across shipping, ports, shipbuilding, cruise tourism, and blue economy finance,” the official release stated.
The following restrictions will remain in force from October 27 to October 31 between 8 am and 10 pm. All types of vehicles will be prohibited from Mrinaltai Gore Junction to NESCO gap. (Exemption – Emergency vehicles, VVIP vehicles, and local residents’ vehicles). Right turn from Mrinaltai Gore Junction towards NESCO gap via Ram Mandir Road will remain closed. The Service Road from Hub Mall towards NESCO/Jaycoach Junction will remain closed for all vehicles.
The stretch from NESCO gap to Mrinaltai Gore Junction will be One-Way. Vehicles coming from Ram Mandir direction shall use Mrinaltai Gore Flyover- Mahananda Dairy – WEH South Service Road- Jaycoach Junction – JVLR Junction. From JVLR Junction, vehicles may proceed towards Powai (via JVLR Road) or towards Mumbai (via WEH Service Road to main WEH). Parking of vehicles, except for emergency and police vehicles, will be prohibited at Western Express Highway (North and South Bound), NESCO Service Road, Ghas Bazaar Road, Western Express Highway Service Road (North and South Bound), Trauma Care Hospital Service Road, Service Road in front of Mahananda Dairy, Vanrai Police Station Service Road, Nirlon Company Service Road, Ashok Nagar Service Road.
