According to authorities, the Pune-to-Mumbai carriageway will remain closed from 12 noon to 3 pm on Wednesday. During this three-hour period, vehicles travelling towards Mumbai will be diverted through the ghat section of the old Mumbai-Pune Expressway.

Motorists travelling from Pune towards Mumbai have been advised to take note of the diversion and plan their journeys accordingly to avoid inconvenience and delays. However, the Mumbai-to-Pune carriageway of the Connecting Link will remain operational during the maintenance and mock drill period. Traffic travelling towards Pune will therefore continue to use the Connecting Link as usual.

The temporary closure has been planned to allow authorities to carry out the scheduled maintenance and repair activities safely, along with the mock drill.
