Power supply in several parts of Bengaluru will be disrupted on January 21 due to scheduled maintenance work. Electricity supply will remain affected from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm in areas including HRBR 1st, 2nd and 3rd Blocks, Kammanahalli Main Road, CMR Road, Babusapalya, Chellikere, Hennur Village, Horamavu, Kasturi Nagar (parts), OMBR Layout (parts), Dodda Banaswadi, Ramamurthy Nagar Main Road, B Channasandra, RS Palya, and many surrounding layouts and residential colonies. Residents in the affected localities are advised to plan their activities accordingly and take necessary precautions during the outage.
Meanwhile, Team Dhrushya, a Bengaluru-based theatre troupe, will present a play titled ‘Rakta Dwaja’ at 7:00 pm on January 22 at Nayana Sabhangana, JC Road. Directed by Dakshayani Bhat A, the play is based on Basavaraj Kattimani’s story ‘Rakta Dhwaja’ and R Basavaraj’s novel ‘Eesurina Chiranjeevigalu’.
